Designing Day to Day

(Picture above AMAM models Nina, Jen and Natalie with me in the middle)

I have been designing and running my company (companies) on a full-time basis for 2 years now and it never ceases to amaze me how busy it gets for me in the fall. It seems like once I hit my birth month (September), I come off of a some what slow summer and then have to run on maximum capacity until May.

It was worse when I was working in the accounting profession and working grueling tax seasons. I would come home exhausted, but had wedding gown orders to fill and sometimes wouldn't sleep or unfortunately get sick.

This season, I am making a vow to keep up my health my priority during my busy season and focus on being productive everyday. I know myself well enough to understand that when I get busy, I put all my time in my work even if it means pulling an all-nighter.

I'm not afraid to announce since I turned 30, things have become clearer to me. My body likes the routine of waking up between 6:30-7:30am every morning (including weekends). Exercising to get my work day going and sewing until bed-time. My dreams will no longer wait for things to happen, I have learned that as long as I have the day I will seize it and do what I have to do to be the rich and famous designer I was meant to be!

Couture Sale on Sunday

(Jennyvi Dizon Couture gown on sale for $1140.00 regularly $3800. - Rhinestone beaded 100% Silk Duchess gown with French Alecon lace)

As the weather is suppose to change (I don't know if that is the case in Arizona), the leaves fall and I make more gowns, I start getting ready for the season of giving. My giving mood works out very well for those brides and ladies looking for a couture gown from me at 50-70% off the original selling price. Of course, like the season, it will only be for a limited time.

This Sunday, September 26th I will be producing the fashion show for the Arizona Bridal Affair. At this show for the very first time and perhaps the only time this year you can get a couture gown from me on sale for as low as $75.00.

Come to the Arizona Bridal Affair on September, 26, 2010 at:

Chaparral Suites Resort

5001 N. Scottsdale Rd
Scottsdale, AZ, 85250

Fashion show times are 11am and 1pm, my gowns seen on the runway will be available for sale after the second show. VIB's (Very Important Brides) get first pick of my couture gowns when event doors open at 9am, for the rest of our guests doors will open at 10am and end at 3pm.

I am making several gowns for my different themed lines and I must make room for the new inventory and will be featured on my website www.jennyvi.com. Below is a small sample of what is being sold, along with the sales prices they are selling for.

(Destination wedding gown with ribbon trim fabric sales price of $125.00 originally $250.)

Polka dot destination gown featured on 3TV will be sold for $150.00, originally $360.00, also Kaira's Bridal gowns featured in TV segment will also be for sale at the show.
